Eudunda/Robertstown found to be in breach of the relevant By-Law regarding correct registration of players. Jack Mosey received a penalty of four (4) match days, the Club fined $1,000 with a further $1,000 to be suspended until the end of the 2024/25 season, and the infringing players (Corey McDean, Tyson Richards) shall not be permitted to play within the Barossa & Light Cricket Association for the duration of the 2023/24 season.

Lyndoch found to be in breach of the relevant By-Law regarding Finals venues, with a $1000 fine incurred, with a further $1,000 to be suspended to the end of the 2024/25 season.

Hartley Eggleton (Light Pass) found guilty of the Level 1 offence of 'Using language that, in the circumstances, is obscene, offensive or insulting', receiving a penalty of two (2) match days which will be suspended until the end of the 2024/25 season.

Bevan Laidlaw (Tanunda) found guilty of the Level 2 offence of "Using language or gesture to another player, umpire, team official or spectator that, in the circumstances, is obscene or of a seriously insulting nature", and receiving a four (4) days penalty, with two (2) further days suspended until the end of the 2023/24 season.

Willaston found guilty of breaching Law 4 of the Playing Conditions in using the incorrect ball, and receiving a $100 fine.

Aaron Wilson (Nuriootpa), found guilty of the Level 2 Offence of 'showing serious dissent a an umpire's deicions by word or action', receiving a two (2) days penalty, suspended to the end of the 2023/2024 season and applied to any further proven reports. Additionally, the Club incurs a $250 fine.

Ray Smith (South Gawler) found guilty of the Level 1 offence of 'using language that, in the circumstances, is obscene, offensive or insulting, receiving Two (2) Day Penalty, and a further four (4) days to be suspended until the end of the 2024/25 season, having factored in previous offences.

Jason Treloar (Angaston) found guilty of a Level 1 offence of Showing dissent at an umpire’s decision by word or action, Using language that, in the circumstances, is obscene, offensive or insulting, receiving a two (2) match penalty, suspended to the end of the 2024/25 season.

Trent Payne (Willaston) found guilty of the Level 2 offence of 'showing dissent at an umpire's decision by word or action), receiving a penalty of three (3) matches.

Sean Buss (Gawler Central) found guilty of the Level 2 offence of "Throwing the ball at a player, umpire or another person in an inappropriate and dangerous manner", receiving a penalty of three (3) matches, two (2) of which are suspended until the end of the 2022/2023 season.
